Is it a real fire engine?
Yes. It's been decommissioned by the Fire Service. We have removed the water tank, pump and hoses, and refurbished it by extending the seating area to give passengers a roomy and comfortable ride; we have added mood lighting, and state of the art computer music system with over 30.000 songs, Karaoke and a Flat Screen TV/DVD
How many can it carry at a time?
For children's parties we can carry up to 6 children and an adult. For children's parties we have 2 crew members. Our drivers are only allowed by law to carry up to 8 passengers. For all other packages we can carry up to 8 adults.
How long can I hire the fire engine for?
This is completely up to you; the minimum period of hire is usually 1 Hour. However, you may wish to book a return journey later or have use of the vehicle all evening. You decide.
Are seatbelts fitted?
The Law does not require seat belts to be fitted. However, we believe the safety of our customers is paramount and have had lap belts fitted to all of the passenger seats.
Can we smoke?
Sorry, our company operates a strict non smoking policy.
Can we bring alcohol along?
Yes, as long as you are 18 or over. Please note No spirits.
Can we bring our own music?
We do have a large selection of music, but feel free to bring your own.
Can we have the blue and two's on?
Sorry no. As the fire engine is no longer an emergency vehicle the law requires us to disable the blues and twos.
